How It Works
Step 1: Fill out a Request Form
Complete our service request form which can be found here.

Step 2: Schedule a Consultation
​We will contact you to gain a better understanding of your service needs and provide useful resources that are necessary to fulfill personal and professional goals.

Step 3: Complete a Resume Questionnaire
We want to learn more information about your skills, experiences, and areas of development.

Step 4: Customized 1:1 Session
Based on your needs, you can receive job search strategies such as resume/cover letter critique, interview skills, mock interviews, and so much more.

Step 5: Weekly Progress Report
On-going assessments will be conducted to check for understanding and reinforce learning. Weekly Progress reports will be provided to update you on your child’s performance.

What is the eligibility criteria for the college-and-career preparation services?
This service is available to youths, recent graduates, young professionals, newcomers, and unemployed persons.

What are the benefits of this service?
Through 1:1 virtual sessions, Beyond Transformative Minds will support students' postsecondary educational opportunities and career exploration by preparing for college application and admission, developing career portfolios that include resumes/cover letters, as well as developing fundamental interview skills and/or networking skills. Resource workshops will be provided on request to create opportunities for personal growth and leadership.

Is resume writing available to individuals who have limited or no work experience?
Absolutely! We are here to help you identify transferable skills (abilities, personal characteristics, accomplishments) that are relevant and help you stand out to potential employers.

Is the assigned resume/cover letter writer experienced or received formal training?
Yes. Our team has over 7 years of experience offering professional job coaching services in a government funding agency. ​

​Is there a late, refund, or cancellation policy?
If you are late to any session, no adjustments will be made for time lost due to high demands of other scheduled sessions.
Please note that there is a No Refund Policy for the service(s). Payments will not be refunded. We understand that extenuating circumstances (serious illness or injury) may happen, therefore you must provide supporting documents to verify your claims.
